No Fix No Fee plus...
We operate a "No Fix No Fee" policy which ensures that you do not get charged if we are unable to help you. We will let you know as soon as possible what will be required, in part from you, to successfully complete any job for you. If we fail to complete the job on that basis, then no fee is payable to us by you.
Telephone diagnosis of problems is free of charge but, should a visit by us be deemed to be necessary, the fee charged would be £40 for the first hour - in which time most problems are resolved. Should more time be required to complete any work though the total fee can be agreed beforehand - otherwise it is set at £30/hr.
All the work is backed up by a 90-day warranty!
